We are looking for a competent Restaurant Maintenance Technician for our Company. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running, upkeep, and repairs at our 15 restaurants. An excellent Maintenance Technician must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They should have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor HVAC, etc. The goal is to ensure that our restaurants are always in pristine condition, and our customers are satisfied with the service we provide.

The Opportunity:
What We're Looking For:

1-5 years in maintenance positions (preferably restaurant experience)
Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude
Driver's License
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Solid mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently

Position Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical wiring
Conduct inspections to identify and address any issues related to the building's structure or equipment
Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
Engage in painting projects to maintain the aesthetic appeal of our restaurants
Fabricate as needed for repairs or special projects
Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
Ensure restaurant maintenance meets safety standards and regulations at all times

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
